They purchased their first park, Score Farm, which is in the village of Brounton, North Devon. The park housed 22 park homes after being redeveloped and was renamed Hilton Park. Robert and Violet sold Hilton Park and went on to purchase more parks throughout England and Wales.

All are fully furnished, or you can opt for unfurnished or part furnished, as you wish. These low maintenance bungalow-style properties can be found on over 1600 purpose built designed residential parks throughout the country.
